Tough times are difficult to endure, but nonetheless we have to persist. A good way to ensure we stay on course is to keep affirming ourselves that we'll make it through.

We spend a lot of time staring at our mobile screens. So why not turn these 'screen stares' into an opportunity to deliver some affirmations to ourselves.
